While turkey will grace most tables on Thanksgiving, a number of families will sit down to a vegetarian feast. This year, my family will be enjoying a vegetarian Thanksgiving with some friends, and I will be taking along a butternut squash salad, which you can find in my collection of Vegetarian Thanksgiving Recipes. So if turkey is off the menu, consider some of these delicious vegetarian options, along with traditional Thanksgiving side dishes.
